For students, please include an unofficial copy of your transcript, a copy of your semester schedule and whether you are applying for a paid or unpaid position. Other applicants should include a cover letter stating your required starting salary information and salary history, whether you are seeking part-time or full-time work and for what position. ALL applicants should include a list of references, at least two of whom were your supervisors.
